when are cakes available for order?
cakes are available year-round and made fresh to order. we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance for your preferred pickup or delivery day.
how big are the cakes?
all cakes are 6-inch and come in heart or round shape with 2–3 layers depending on add-ons.
what are your best-selling flavors?
our #1 fan favorite is the strawberry shortcake crumble cake. others love the banana pudding, cookies & crème, and red velvet crumble too.
what’s the cheesecake center add-on?
you can upgrade your cake with a creamy center layer of cheesecake — choose from flavors like strawberry, oreo, chocolate, or classic plain.
can I get a custom cake?
yes! if you’d like something beyond our listed flavors or want custom colors or details, visit our custom cake section or contact us directly.
do you accept same-day orders?
yes — we offer same-day cake orders with at least 6 hours’ notice and a $20 rush fee (based on availability).
do you deliver?
yes! we offer flat-rate delivery for $20 anywhere in the local jacksonville, fl area. pickup is also available.
can I cancel or change my order?
once your order is confirmed and prep begins, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. please reach out ASAP for any urgent changes.
how long will my cake stay fresh?
cakes are best enjoyed within 48–72 hours when stored properly in the refrigerator. let it sit at room temp for 20–30 mins before serving for best texture and flavor.
