when are pasta dinners available?

orders are fulfilled thursday through sunday only. orders placed outside of those days will be scheduled for the next available service day.

how does pickup or delivery work?

you’ll receive a confirmation after placing your order. we’ll then text or email you to arrange your pickup time or delivery window. delivery is $6 flat rate.

can I place a same-day order?

sometimes! we accept same-day orders before 2 PM EST based on availability with a $5 rush fee. please reach out before placing.

what’s included with my pasta dinner?

each pasta dish comes with complimentary homemade garlic bread — made fresh, just like everything else.

where do you deliver?

we deliver throughout southside of jacksonville, fl and nearby areas (at our discretion. if you’re outside the delivery range, pickup is always available.

can I cancel my order?

due to the nature of fresh food, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once your order is confirmed and ingredients have been purchased.

how far in advance should I order?

preorders are encouraged at least 24 hours in advance, but we’ll always try to accommodate your timing if we can.
