Order Availability:
Pasta orders are only fulfilled Thursday through Sunday. If you place an order outside of these days (Monday–Wednesday), it will automatically be prepared for the next available service day. Orders that are not picked up within an hour of the pickup/delivery window will be automatically forfeited and will not receive a refund. -
Pickup & Delivery Timing:
We will contact you shortly after your order to confirm your pickup or delivery window. Delivery is typically scheduled during the evening hours. -
Same-Day Orders:
While not guaranteed, same-day requests may be accepted based on availability. A rush fee may apply. Please text or email us before placing if you need a same-day order. -
Delivery Area:
Local delivery is available within designated areas of Jacksonville, FL for a flat fee of $6. If your address falls outside our range, we will contact you to arrange pickup instead. -
Fresh & Made to Order:
All pasta dinners are made fresh from scratch. We do not use prepackaged sauces or reheated meals — quality takes time. -
No Cancellations After Confirmation:
Due to the nature of fresh food preparation, no cancellations or refunds will be honored once your order has been confirmed and ingredients have been purchased. -
